The festive season is upon us, and things are going to get busier before they get quieter! It can be a stressful time, with many of us feeling we have to ‘do it all’ at Christmas.

If you get overwhelmed during this time and have trouble saying no, we encourage you to say YES to yourself and look after your needs as well as you do those of others.

Yes, it’s the time for giving, but you cannot give of yourself if you are empty. We encourage you to look after yourself too.
